Our History
PROSIS Hawaii is a veteran-owned Hawaii based company established in 2003. Our prime mission is to provide Advanced Engineering, Consulting, and Project Management to the Hawaii and Pacific Rim community. We recognized a deep void in the Federal and Commercial market for a world-class Information and Communication Technology (ICT) partner based in Hawaii that understands the Hawaii and Pacific Rim ICT market, understands customer needs and challenges, and is a true Trusted Advisor to customers. Passionate, personable, and proactive in our engagement approach, we seek only the best ideas, approaches, and talents to help you realize your Information and Communication Technology vision and goals.
Business Model
Focused and doing what we do best, our core capabilities are in Consulting, Engineering, Project Management, Training, Support, and Outsourcing services primarily in these areas: LAN / WAN, Integration of Disparate Networks, Unified Communication and Collaboration, Network Security, Wireless Networks, Video Teleconferencing, Video Surveillance, and Operation Centers and Premises Security.
We are a highly talented and experienced local team based in Hawaii supporting Federal, Public Sector, and Commercial customers. We have the ability to leverage government contract vehicles and procurement capabilities of both ours and our loyal partners’ community to deliver a complete ICT solution to our customers.

Past Performances
We have designed, installed, managed, and supported ground breaking ICT system infrastructures and operation projects in varied locations like Iraq, North Africa, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Bahrain, Alaska, Japan, and many key projects here in Hawaii and the Pacific Rim. Some of our significant accomplishments include planning and implementation of large networks for the US Army, Iraqi ministry of Defense, NATO, and IECI (Independent Electoral Commission Iraq) for the United Nation, Hawaii Army National Guard, Honolulu Board of Water Supply, Honolulu Police and Fire Departments, SPAWAR, and many more of our valued Customers. Our key personnel provide world class planning, management, implementation, and training services at every level for our customers.
Our Management Team
Mr. Martin Remis, General Manager
Mr. Remis has more than 30 years of experience in systems development, implementation, and project management of ICT systems. He successfully planned, coordinated, and managed the largest, most complex logistics C2 networks implemented during both the US Gulf Wars. He also led the implementation of highly classified network systems in 12 different countries in adverse war conditions. He has held positions as a Tactical Communications Officer in the 4th Force Reconnaissance USMC, Operations Officer with the Marine Forces Pacific G6, MNSTC-I J6 Irag, and USPACOM J635. Prior to PROSIS, he was the Hawaii General Manager of Expanets Hawaii, managing more than 2000 customers. He graduated with a Master of Science degree at Hawaii Pacific University and Bachelors at Syracuse University.
Mr. Marty Ham, Engineering Director
Mr. Ham has over 23 years of systems development and implementation experience in ICT systems. He was the Data Chief for several national data centers in which he designed and managed large network infrastructure upgrades, deployments, and systems migrations. A case in point is his successful mission in the design and implementation of network system and operation centers in Iraq during 2004 and 2005. He is PMP, CCNP, and CCDA certified.
Mr. Jerry Denton, Consulting Director
Mr. Denton has more than 20 years experience in account management and project management in Hawaii. His successes include managing large IP networking infrastructures, VOIP, and traditional voice data migrations. He was the Manager of Quality Assurance, Systems testing protocol, and Electronic test processes for US Navy and various high technology firms in California. He is Voice specialized with CSE and a Certified Professional Trainer.
