Junior Windows System Administrator
Position Responsibilities:
• Monitor Windows server hardware and software (including VMW are servers and SAN) for faults and performance problems
• Monitor enterprise software applications (SCADA, ERP, Time and Attendance, Work Management, GIS, etc.)
• Resolve server and desktop problems escalated from Help Desk
• Troubleshoot and resolve server hardware and software problems
• Setups and installs windows updates, antivirus definitions, etc
• Logs server hardware and software problems
• Setup and monitor tape backup jobs
• Monitor batch jobs
Junior Windows System Administrator should have some server and network experience. They should also be an independent and fast learner.
