History
Established in 2003, many of our professionals migrated from the former Hawaii Division of Expanets, after its AVAYA buyout and corporate breakup.  By providing our clients with a high-degree of personal attention over the last several years, we have seen our business steadily grow.  We have responded in-kind by hiring local talent passionate about our mission to bring high-quality solutions to Hawaii and the Pacific Rim.  Click here for qualifications & past performance.

• Limited Client Base – our goal is to provide quality solutions with a high level of personal attention.  By limiting our client base to a few enterprise level clients, we are able to better focus on these goals.  This approach has enabled us to undergo manageable growth without diminishing our level of commitment to our existing clientele.


• Vendor Agnostic – while we maintain a healthy repertoire of vendor certified engineers, our expertise is in understanding business issues and developing solutions.  Since we do not directly sell products or equipment, we are free to provide honest and objective solutions rather than focus on a specific product or range of products.


• Partnership Centric – in order to provide world-class solutions, we realize we must partner with others.  Our intent is never to displace an existing vendor or provider; in fact, we have found it is mutually beneficial to partner with existing vendors to provide our clients with the best possible solution.

In today’s world of specialization, there can be no one organization that does everything best.  In order to provide quality solutions, we maintain a directory of over 250 IT professionals and organizations in a wide range of disciplines that can be leveraged as needed.  These resources are available locally and can be deployed worldwide.

Our consulting contracts place us in both prime and sub-contracting roles with a number of key teaming partners.  Most significantly, we partner with JTSI, Inc. and IMTAS in the federal market and Envision and AVI, Inc. in the Hawaii commercial market.

• Mr. Martin Remis, General Manager - 30 years systems development, implementation, and life cycle management  of ICT Systems. Planning/coordination for the largest, most complex, logistics C2 networks implemented during both US Gulf Wars.  Advanced PM skills developed as a system's control/systems security officer.  Implementation of networked systems in 12 different countries -adverse conditions.  Tactical Communications Officer,  4th Force Reconnaissance USMC.   Operations Officer Marine Forces Pacific G6, MNSTC-I J6 Iraq, and USPACOM J635. 7 years General Manager for the Hawaii Division of Expanets - 2000 customers.  MSIS Hawaii Pacific University, Bachelors –Syracuse University.
  
  
• Mr. Marty Ham, Engineering Director - 23 years systems development and implementation.  Data Chief for several national data centers, designed/supervised network infrastructure upgrades, deployments and operating systems migrations. Designed and oversaw implementation of network systems in Iraq during 2004/5.  Coordinated the implementation of communications systems in 5 different countries.  PMP, CCNP, CCDA.
  
  
• Mr. Jerry Denton, Consulting Director - extensive background with account management and project management in the State of Hawaii.  20 years experience as a Project and Account Manager for IP Networking Infrastructures, VoIP architectures and solutions and Traditional Voice Data Migrations. Manager in Quality Assurance, Systems testing protocol and Electronics test processes for the US Navy and various California based technology firms.  Voice Specialized CSE, Certified Professional Trainer.

Past Performance

• Prosis has provided lead personnel for Project Management, Planning, Network Engineering and IT Logistics Management for a variety of major projects overseas and in Hawaii.   Our IT professionals have designed and supported ground breaking systems infrastructure and operations projects in varied locations like Iraq, North Africa, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Kuwait and Bahrain.  We’ve overseen the planning and implementation of large networks for the US Army, Iraqi Ministry of Defense, NATO and the IECI (Independent Electoral Commission Iraq) for the UN.
